Botle is a Candidate Attorney at SolomonHolmes. Her interest in labour law was sparked through her earlier studies in Labour Law and Labour Relations Management, which inspired her to pursue an LLB at the University of the Witwatersrand.

She has been exposed to both advisory and dispute resolution matters in a large organisational environment and brings a strong background in legal research, particularly in employment law, with a keen interest in exploring complex and evolving issues in the field.
