Dylan is a Senior Associate attorney specialising in employment law and labour dispute resolution. He obtained his B.A, LL.B degree from Rhodes University in 2018, and was admitted in 2021. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labour Law, he is committed to deepening his expertise to deliver strategic, clear, and practical advice aimed at securing the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Dylan has considerable experience chairing disciplinary and incapacity hearings, and regularly appears at the CCMA and Labour Court, with a proven track record in handling complex disputes.

He is a confident and articulate communicator, extremely organised and highly motivated, with a proven background in effective practice management. Dylan possesses a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and labour law and its diverse challenges and has advised clients in both the private and public sectors.
