PROFILE
Geraldine Bosch is an admitted attorney. She obtained her B.Com Law and LLB degrees from the University of Johannesburg and was admitted in 2016. Her career to date has been in employment law.
Geraldine has gained extensive experience from advising one of the most prominent and largest unions in the mining industry giving her significant exposure to collective bargaining, organizational rights, and strike disputes.This allows her to provide employers with invaluable insights to the challenges of managing highly unionised environments.
In addition to providing employers with efficient and effective solutions to their daily employment law challenges, including disciplinary and performance disputes, Geraldine currently manages the firms large and successful review practice.
PASSION
Inspired by her colleagues, Geraldine intends furthering her studies in collective labour law, and strives to become a prominent female leader in the field of employment law.
She shares with her husband a deep passion for nature and in her free time immerses herself in her garden or just goes fishing!
