PROFILE

Hloniphile comes with an impressive academic background and is a proud alumnus of Rhodes University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2018 and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2020. Inspired to specialise in employment law, she went on to earn a Master of Laws (LLM) in Labour Law in 2021 from the University of Cape Town.

As an Associate, Hloni plays a pivotal role in advising and managing a diverse
array of cases for both private and public entities.

Hloni’s work encompasses analysing legal issues, evaluating case merits, and providing recommendations which contribute to strategic decision-making and case management.

During her time at solomonholmes Hloni has gained experience in formulating applications on behalf of large employers for exemption from the provisions of Bargaining Council Collective Agreements.

PASSION

Through her academic achievements and the practical experience now gained at solomonholmes, Hloni is establishing herself as a proficient and versatile legal professional. She is passionate in achieving the highest standards of legal service.

In doing so, she has adopted a comprehensive approach to conducting thorough legal research on employment law issues, statutes, regulations, and case law.

Outside of the office, Hloni has a genuine passion for cooking and baking which is her creative outlet. Her colleagues wonder why they have not shared in her exploration of these new flavors and techniques!
