Theresa was admitted as an attorney, notary public and conveyancer in 2005, and continued to practice at one of the leading law firms in Africa, Bowmans. She later joined MacRobert Attorneys in Pretoria

Since being admitted Theresa has practiced exclusively in the field of Employment Law. Her decision to join solomonholmes was a natural progression for her career in that she is able to provide her wide-ranging expertise within a firm dedicated to Corporate Employment Law. She is also a Conflict Dynamics and International Mediation Institute accredited mediator.

Theresa has advised a wide range of clients, including multinational companies, South African corporate employers, and executive and senior employees extensively on a broad range of Employment Law issues, which include employment consequences of commercial transactions, restructuring, dismissals, employment contracts, HR policies and procedures.

Theresa provides comprehensive training services to her clients, covering all aspects of Employment Law.
