Her success rate in the review courts of 93% belies her ability to provide invaluable advice to clients on the litigation risks inherent in our review courts.
About Gerladine | She was admitted as an attorney in 2015, and joined SHA in 2020 after gaining a deep understanding of collective employment law representing large trade unions, meaning that she has now worked on both the union and corporate sides.
Her exposure to highly unionized large corporates over the last five years at solomonholmes has given her the opportunity to develop her ability to litigate at the highest level. Her directorship is acknowledgement of the fact that at 36 she is set to become one of the leading employment lawyers in the country.
